After 12 years in the corporate world, I started building my own thing: an agency, then 
enterprise AI, a 
construction company (yeah, really), plus a few digital ventures in e-commerce and affiliate.
Now I help high-performers discover their talent stack, figure out what they actually want, and build toward it. Strategically, not recklessly.
I believe in building with authenticity, with people I trust. No pretense. No bullshit. Just real partnerships and real work.

2010 – 2022The corporate years
Business development for a global engineering firm, covering the Americas and Europe. Travelled the world, worked on exciting projects, collected a lot of airline miles.

Say Digital
Co-founded and scaled a digital agency. Learned everything about execution, pivots and client relationships, mostly the hard way.

Padello
Padel court construction from permit to first serve, plus a venue finder and a booking system. 150+ courts built, with close friends. Best decision ever, worst for my free evenings.

Plotdesk
Spun Plotdesk out of Say Digital: the AI Results Company for the Mittelstand, with a small, excellent team.

Building, in public-ish
Running multiple ventures and documenting the journey. Building with people I trust, on things that last.
Why I do this
I’ve seen too many talented people stuck. Not because they lack ability, but because they lack clarity.
They don’t know what they’re uniquely good at. They don’t know what they actually want. And they definitely don’t know how to bridge the gap without blowing everything up.
I help them figure it out. Strategically. Authentically. Without the guru BS.
Because the world doesn’t need more info-product schemes. It needs more people building real things with real people.
