Checked · still recommend it
My take
“A completely wild film that pulls you right in. Six stories about people who finally snap, and you can't look away.”

Love it
- Six short stories, each one tighter than most full-length films
- Dark, very funny and impossible to predict
- Oscar-nominated, BAFTA winner, produced by Pedro Almodóvar
Fair warning
- Violent in places, so not one for a cosy family evening
- Spanish original: pick subtitles or the dubbed version before you press play

The longer story
Wild Tales
Relatos salvajes, Argentina 2014, in Germany Wild Tales – Jeder dreht mal durch! Six stories with nothing in common but one idea: people who reach their limit and snap. A plane full of strangers who all wronged the same man. A road-rage duel on an empty desert road. A wedding that goes completely off the rails.
Why I Recommend It
A completely wild film that pulls you right in. Every story starts in normal life and escalates with a straight face, until you don't know whether to laugh or look away. Mostly you laugh.
The key insight: everyone has a breaking point, and it's usually something small.
