My take

“An incredible time with our van, and we left knowing how to cook proper lasagna and crostata, taught by the family.”

Love it

  • A real farm in the Tuscan countryside
  • Pitches for vans, campers and tents, plus a pool with a view
  • We learned to cook proper lasagna and crostata with the family

Fair warning

  • A campsite, not a hotel: you'll mostly bring your own van or tent

The longer story

Agricamping Spineta

A farm campsite near Cortona, right where Tuscany meets Umbria.

Why I Recommend It

We came with our van and had an incredible time. The best part wasn't in any brochure: learning to cook proper lasagna and crostata with the family who runs the farm.

The key insight: the places you remember are the ones where you get to join in, not just watch.

Highlights

  1. Farm life in the Tuscan countryside
  2. Spacious pitches for vans, campers and tents
  3. A pool with a view
  4. Cortona and the rest of Tuscany within easy reach

Who It's For

Van and camping people who want real Tuscan farm life instead of a big holiday park.
